Adam became a co-owner of Broadband Planning with Dick Price in 2011.  He has been in the community management industry since 2009 when he joined the board for his community in West Midtown Atlanta.

Since then, he has played many different roles in the community management industry. Most notably founding CAM Leadership Institute, a research and consulting company for owners of community management companies (www.camleadership.com).

His passion is creating win win arrangements between communities and broadband providers. At the end of 2023, Adam completed the majority ownership purchase of Broadband Planning. Connect with Adam

Mitrah started in the telecom industry in 2010, working for the providers negotiating access and bulk agreements, and project managing community rewires and new construction.  

Prior to this, she spent several years in marketing and real estate sales, giving her extensive experience in getting to the heart of clients’ needs in addition to contract negotiations.

In 2023, Mitrah became one of the co-owners of Broadband Planning. In her spare time, she loves working in her garden, staying in shape with yoga and weights, and studying romance languages and history. Connect with Mitrah

Sharon has a vast knowledge of the association management space and worked her way from Portfolio Manager to Director of Vendor Relations at one of the largest privately held management companies. Her interpersonal and varied interchangeable work skills set her apart.

 Sharon is an active member of the GA Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and has served on numerous committees.

Sharon graduated from Florida State University and is forever a Seminole fan! She resides in Atlanta with her daughter. She has a passion for horses, racing cars & travel. Connect with Sharon

Kristy Roblee joined the Broadband Planning team in 2021 and currently serves as Client Services Manager. Having accumulated over 15 years of diverse experience in a range of customer service positions, including a 5-year tenure as a property manager, she brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to her current role.

Kristy has been instrumental in fostering strong relationships with clients and ensuring their utmost satisfaction. Outside of her professional endeavors, Kristy is a dedicated wife to her husband of 20 years and has devoted considerable time to homeschooling her three children. In her leisure time, she indulges in her passions for music, reading, singing, traveling, cooking, hot yoga, friends, and spreading joy through her silly sense of humor.

Andrea is a Customer Success leader with over 19 years in leadership and 7+ years in technology. She owned and operated a successful community management company for 12+ years and then went on to build one of the first Customer Success teams in the HOA industry.

She has a passion for streamlining operations and productivity to drive revenue while maintaining high standards for employee and client retention. Connect with Andrea

Dick Price is an expert on cable TV and Internet right-of-entry agreements and technologies. He has made a significant contribution to the development of cable TV and Internet technologies in high-density communities for more than 35 years.

Over the course of his career he has negotiated over 1,000,000 multi-family units. Price formed Broadband Planning in 2006, a company that advises community management companies and large developers on how to make the most of their relationships with cable and Internet providers.
